Chimichurri Sauce

Servings: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup cilantro
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon cumin
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Serve with meat (fish, sausage, chicken,
or steak.)
