How to submit late homeworks (where to drop them off):

Homeworks that are not submitted in class can be deposited in the drop box on the first floor, in the side lobby. This box is in the handout area for numerous other classes, located near Claire Stager's office.

How to pick up graded assignments when a class is missed:

You can pick up old homeworks in Gates 377. This is a copier room with file cabinets for various classes. Any old homeworks should be in the cabinet marked CS161.

Regrade policy:

If you have a question related to grading criteria, go see the TA or grader that graded your assignment. For any other grading-related issue, you will need to write a brief summary of why you think you deserve more points and submit it to the appropriate person.

All regrade requests should be initiated within one week of a homework being returned. Thus, if a problem set is returned on Tuesday, please communicate with the TA who graded your assignment prior to Wednesday of the next week.

Where can I get statistics about grades on past homeworls and exams

The method will be announced.

Current:

• All those students who cannot/do not plan to register on Axess, but would like to get CS161 announcements, should send a mail to gagan@cs.stanford.edu with "cs161-guest" as the subject.
• There will be no recitations the week of April 1, 2002.
• The project deadline now is Wednesday, June 5, 5 pm.
