This picture satisfies req 1 - underexposure and req 2 - motion blur.

I shot this in my room in complete darkness. This is a 30 sec exposure and I used a blue LED to draw the man. You could actually notice my laptop is placed on a stack of books to get the effect of laptop on the lap.

It took some time to get a hang of the technique but the output looks pretty good.

The picture was cropped and the curve was slightly adjusted to lessen the shininess.
