Requirement 2: A Themed Collection (Mortality)

I used a chess board to show a war scene containing dead soldiers. The fighters of different loyalties give their lives for their land. Even the king is not to be spared at the hands of a lowly pawn !

I used a table lamp placed vertically above the chess board to create a partially shaded battlefield to appear more dramatic ! I used a big aperture to obtain a shallow depth of field. The background was kept pitch black to focus our attention to the battleground.
