Linux
The lab runs the CentOS distribution (freeware version of RedHat Enterprise Linux)
with some minor local configuration files which:
- Setup CUPS printers
- Configure NTP time servers
- Automount home directories
- Hook in to the authentication system
Before updating your configuration, you must have your Linux machine registered
as an authentication client by sending e-mail to support.
The response to this e-mail will contain the configuration instructions.
