Some simple animations showing perspective distortion and ways to correct
it:
Shallow Scenes
Distortion can be corrected by moving the camera away from the scene.
Note that the camera for non-distorted image moves mostly outside the room.

Deep Scenes
Moving the camera does not help: the appearance of the scene changes
too much (first two clip pairs.) In this case, our transformation may produces
better results.
