Aligning each tile on the screen

One needs to adjust six degrees of freedom to correctly position and align the projected tile on the screen (a). Our design (b) provides one knob for each parameter, but cost and complexity constraints led to a design that could not eliminate cross-talk between the different adjustment controls (c). By adjusting parameters from left to right as they are presented in (c) one can reliably and accurately place each tile at the correct location and alignment.
