I was born and raised in the Bay Area.
I attended elementary schools in the Las Lomitas School District,
and graduated from Menlo-Atherton High School in June 1995.
After high school, I went out of state to the University of Washington in Seattle.
I graduated with a B.S. in Zoology in June 1999.
Each summer I came home to work for the City of Menlo Park Sunshine Summer Camp.
As it turns out, I met my future husband at this camp.
He was one of the other leaders, and my partner in crime for 2 of those summers.
After graduation from college, we both spent a couple months traveling through Europe.
Shortly after our trips, he proposed, and we were married August 26, 2000.
We are back in the Bay Area, and just trying to survive life in one of the most expensive areas to live.
