Doantam, Neel, Bennett, Ron, and I climbed Half Dome in Yosemite Valley to cap off the school year. The Half Dome trail is a 17 mile hike with a gain of 5000 feet of elevation, passes by two gorgeous waterfalls and a forest, and ends with a 900 foot ascension up a pair of cables. This was my second time up Half Dome, and I still thought it was every bit as awesome as the first time. Here's part of our adventure.
