Coconut and White Chocolate Cookies

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Blend in flour mixture, then mix in coconut and white chocolate chips. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 3 dozen.
