Garlic Mashed Potatoes

If using one of the three recommended kinds of potatoes, they don't need to be peeled. slice the potatoes into about 1/4 inch slices. Place in a large pot with cold water. Add the peeled garlic cloves (they can be cut or remain whole) and bring to boil. Simmer on low heat until tender.

When ready, drain the water out. Add the butter and mash everything together into chunks. (it doesn't need to be smooth). Add the heavy cream, continue mashing and add salt to taste.
