Chris Lewis: Colored Sculpture

This is probably much more subtle than most people's light-painting submissions. Rather than painting with my phone screen pointing at the lens; I instead shined red-, blue-, and green-illuminated screens onto the statue itself over the course of a 30-second exposure; producing an interesting spectrum of colors on the statue's face. The moon in the background helps to emphasize the nighttime setting, and it also gives the statue a sense of majesty and power.
