For requirement 3 frame your shot.

I took this photo in Main Quad. I held a bipolar filter in front of the lens. The filter encloses the main subject I want to shoot, the church. In post processing, I use a black and white mask in Photoshop to remove the color outside the filter. This gives a more dramatic touch of the photo.

The aperture is set to f/22, because I want to have a larger depth of field. I used A/v mode shutter speed is auto. I set ISO to 100, because the sunlight is strong.
