Assignment 5: Still Life

This is my friend Henry's guitar. Often when I come home from class he's sitting on this couch playing it. I wanted to show it being played without him there, but I had a hard time getting the strings to appear to vibrate so I just took the shot with the strings still.

I tried to layer in both the guitar and the guitar's shadow in the frame to make everything realistic. I used a fairly small aperture even though I was at iso 100 and a fast shutter speed because it was so bright outside.
