Assignment 7: Night

This is a gif of a series of images that I took of a tide bottle. The mug on the left is white and provides a reference for the light color. The light in this shot is coming from my monitor and I adjusted the light between shots using a color picker website.

I think that the flourescent colors on the tide bottle make for a good example of how light can affect color. At various times in the gif the green label on the bottle can be blue, the yellow in the tide logo appears and disappears, and the blue in the logo changes shades from almost green to dark blue and almost black.

I did not edit the photos at all and I just merged the images into a gif using a web based tool.
