Assignment 8: Portraits

This photo meets the requirement 3 (outdoor available light.) It is a portrait of Nicky. I took the photo at lake lag right when the sun set. The only available light was from natural light. It served as my key light. I took the photo with a 55 mm f/1.2 lens on a nikon d60. I cropped the photo tightly.

I edit the photo in lightroom. I used mask brush to lighten her skin. I also use the brush to dodge the hair to bring the detail of her hair back.
