Usage
The SITN cable TV tuner is a repurposed VCR. It doesn't work as a VCR anymore,
but it works great as a tuner. SITN is the Stanford broadband cable network.
Classes are simulcast on channels 54-57. We also get a few other channels,
like CNN.
