Timer
Block Structure
Inputs
Timers have two input controls. The input to the top node starts the timer.
The input to the bottom node is ON while timer accumulates, and is reset to
zero, when it becomes OFF.
Outputs
Timers have two outputs. The output from the top node is high when
the accumulated timer value reaches the timer preset. The output from the bottom
node is high if the accumulated timer value is below the timer preset value.
