Beef Stroganoff

Cook the noodles like you would cook pasta. when done, strain and mix with the butter.

In the meantime, saute the onions in the olive oil and butter mixture. Add crushed garlic, meat (if using portabello mushrooms, clean the bottom from the dark paper-like thingies, so it won't color the whole dish black). Add salt, pepper, and chopped dill. Don't overcook the meat. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, flour, and broth. Pour the mixture on top of the meat, mix and continue cooking for a few minutes until meat is done and everything is combined. Serve on top of the noodles.
