Servings: Serves 4.
Lightly coat chicken with 3 tbsp flour seasoned with 1 tsp nature seasonings mix. Keep the excess flour.
Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a wok and brown chicken on both sides (about 5 min per side on medium heat). Additional oil may be required after flipping.
In the wok, saute a large onion in 1 tbsp butter for 2-3 min on medium heat. Add the remaining flour mixture and cook for an additional 1 min, stir well. Add 1 cup chicken broth, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp oregano and bring to boil.
Return chicken to wok and cook for 5 min on low, covered. Add extra lemon juice to sauce.
