Zurich

On the way back to the US I had a 9-hour layover in Zurich, and since it's very easy to get from the airport to the city I decided to explore a bit.
The streets in the center of the city are narrow and covered with cobblestones. They are lined with picturesque houses.
This bench is made completely out of wine cases and wine corks.
I climbed to the top of the main Zurich cathedral. This is one of the smaller spires.
The view from the top of the cathedral. The church in the left of the picture if famous for its clock, which is the largest in diameter in Europe.
