Actually, I think that this is a better depiction of what you would look like if I had taken said filet knife to the back of your head.

The other one would have been if I had anestitized you and _then_ took the filet knife to the back of your head. Long short, I like this one better. Now if you could only map this image onto a stack of tacos you'd be in business!
